By making a purchase on AmanitaSkogen, you represent that you are of legal age in your country of residence, or that you have the permission of a legal guardian to use the website.

When purchasing, your card is charged immediately. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act, provided that the product has not been opened or used. For details, please see our return policy.

All prices are quoted in SEK and include applicable VAT. Delivery time is typically 3-5 working days within Sweden. For international orders, delivery time may be longer. You will receive a confirmation and tracking information once your order is shipped.

SECTION 2 – PROHIBITED USE

You may not use our website or our products for any illegal purpose or in a manner that violates local laws, including copyright laws. In the event of a breach of these terms, we have the right to immediately terminate your access to the website and our services.

These terms and conditions and any disputes or claims arising out of the use of our website or products shall be governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved by mutual agreement between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled by a Swedish court, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
